CINTAS is the leading provider of uniforms in the USA. We rent, sell direct, and manufacture uniforms and ancillary products and services. We also have a First Aid and Safety Division, a Document Management Division, as well as a division for Promotional Products. Our sales this year were $3.4 billion and we are doubling in size every six to eight years. We need hard-chargers to join our team and grow with us to $5 billion within the next few years!
CINTAS Corporation is constantly seeking transitioning Marines for positions throughout the continental USA. We are the fastest growing company in our industry and one of the top service providers in the country! We need both officers and enlisted transitioning personnel. Our website www.cintas.com/hr/military.asp provides further details, but I will elaborate below, as well.
While all candidates are welcome to apply, those most compatible for management or supervisory positions seem to be the 0-2s and 0-3s who have been in the USMC for about 4-8 years or Sr. NCOs with experience leading a significant number (at least 20) of subordinates. We are looking for managers and supervisors who seek a long-term career, have a strong work ethic, want to be promoted on performance, and are very “hands-on†in an industrial environment.Â
Enlisted and NCO transitioning Marines who have an outgoing, friendly personality and are interested in service and sales, should consider our Route Service Sales position. This is an outside customer service position that can lead to supervisory or management positions, based on performance.  They would be running established routes and calling on existing customers to deliver clean, industrial uniforms, mats, etc. or service first aid boxes or fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems, as well as sell additional products and services. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the Route Service Sales position, as well as a strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
Due to our phenomenal growth, we have hundreds of positions available across the nation every year. Please refer your transitioning Marines to me directly for a guaranteed phone interview, to the CINTAS ads on your M4L website, and to consider CINTAS Corporation for their civilian careers. Tell them to be sure to mention the Marine for Life Program!
Sincerely,
CINTAS Corporation
